This newly furnished, painted, and carpeted (2024) 2BD/2BA larger townhome is located in the quiet, gated community with ocean view. Just two miles from the water with air conditioning, 2 car garage and beach gear. Access to community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool with a pool spa, hot tub, and fitness center. Utilities included for first 30 days.
Enjoy sunset ocean views on the private enclosed patio. Furnished with an inviting outdoor dining with a propane grill. Inside, the carpeted living room, with views of the patio, offers guests a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a book or stream smart TV, or pull out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with the family.
This vacation rental accommodates a maximum of five guests between two bedrooms and a three beds. The main bedroom has a Cal King Bed, 55 inch TV, ocean views, including an occasional view of Catalina Island on a clear day. The guest bedroom has a 43 inch TV, queen bed and optional twin bed. The kitchen features new refrigerator and ovens (2024) ample counter space with all the cooking essentials.
The following attractions and retail offerings are within than one block: Starbucks, Cinepolis luxury cinemas, Ralph's market, a bank, 24 Hour Fitness, Trader Joe's, Hendrix, Habit Burger, Jamba Juice, Luna Grill, and many more.

Please note that due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 30 night minimum.
