This beautiful villa is situated in the picturesque village of Karsiyaka, in the Kyrenia region of Northern Cyprus, at the foot of the Besparmak (five finger) Mountain range.
The spacious luxury detached villa boasts a breathtaking backdrop of stunning mountains and wonderful sea views. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which have balconies with gorgeous sea views and one has an en suite bathroom. There is a further bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The villa easily and comfortably sleeps 9 people. All the bedrooms have a/c units, and these can be found downstairs in the kitchen and living areas too. There is a large lounge/sitting area with a separate dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. Overall the villa is approximately 1000 square meters.
The villa has a large 5m x 10m pool with sunbeds, a stone built barbeque and a shaded dining area.

It is only 30minutes to Ercan Airport and 70mins to Larnaca. We can arrange transport/airport pick up to travel to the villa and car hire for your stay.
Located in Lapithos, this villa is in a rural area and near the beach. Icon Museum and Kyrenia Castle are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Büyük Han and Ledra Street. Consider Navarino The Wine Lodge for a night out or Cyprus International State Fairgrounds if you're traveling with kids. Water skiing and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain climbing nearby.
