'Rose Villas Collection' is comprised of 2 detached villas (Villa
Clementina and Villa Rose) situated within private grounds. Guests have
exclusive access to 2 private swimming pools, making it an ideal
retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total
capacity to accommodate up to 18 guests, these detached villas offer
the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable
vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite
TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style,
while enjoying stunning garden sea views.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Rose Villas Collection has 8 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Villa Rose has a Private Pool, Width : 4.0m Length : 8.0m | Depth Deep
End : 1.50m, Depth Shallow End : 0.80m.
Additional Information

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 30 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed

Located in Ayia Marina Chrysochous, this villa is by the sea. Pomos Fishermans Harbour and Latchi Harbour are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Latchi Beach and Painted Churches in the Troodos Region.
