This villa is in a great location near to a lovely sandy beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa with lots of attractions and night-life.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge with leather sofa's, fireplace and satellite T.V. has patio doors that lead into an enclosed garden with swimming pool. On the patio are sunbeds and a table with chairs for you to relax or lay in the sun.Upstairs both the master and twin bedroom has an en suite shower.
It is close to Pernera and Protaras and has the added bonus of being amongst the best beaches on the island.
From here you can access all of the famous sandy bays with crystal clear water and take advantage of the water sports or just simply lay in the sun.
The villa is very close to Fireman's Beach and close to local shops, bars and restaurants,big discount store, Luna park, car rentals, bank, bakery, supermarkets.
Located in Paralimni, this villa is near a water park and by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach. Protaras Ocean Aquarium and Speedball Zorbing are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and horse riding nearby.
