To access the villa there is a path which is 320cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 126cm wide. The path to the poolside is 172cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved, but spacious and open. From the patio doors, there are 2 steps down to the poolside. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. The steps have a handrail for support. This is a ground-floor property. The door to the double bedroom is 72cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 74cm wide.
