The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed

Located in Paralimni, this villa is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach. Protaras Ocean Aquarium and Speedball Zorbing are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
