This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in a cul de sac in the heart of Pernera, just minutes walking distance to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. This villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday but still within easy reach of the resort.
On the ground floor, you will find the open -plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with widescreen and Satelite TV and DVD player. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 persons and kitchen is fully equipped with all everyday appliances and also features a breakfast bar with seating for four persons. There is also a W/C on the ground floor
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master Bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, widescreen TVs and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds, widescreen TV and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one and two share a balcony with sea views. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.
Outside in the very spacious garden there is a barbecue, worktop with sink, outside seating area, shower, sun loungers and large private pool.
The villa has satellite TV, WIFI and full air conditioning throughout.

Located in Paralimni, this villa is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay Beach. Protaras Ocean Aquarium and Speedball Zorbing are also worth visiting.
