Every modern con is catered for ranging from Designer L-shaped comfortable sofa, handmade modern curtains, 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with internet access including wireless keyboard and mouse, Samsung Sound Bar with Subwoofer, Sony Playstation 3 with blu ray player (PS3), satellite TV, media player with over 1000 movies and tv series, WIFI, IPOD speakers, DVD library and games., stainless steel gas hob and oven cooker, large silver fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, water dispenser and all utensils. Outside there is a private swimming pool with night time pool light and a pergola for shade in the heat but also has good lighting for alfresco dining, for sunbathing there are 6 loungers all with comfortable blue mats, gas BBQ (Outback), 4 mountain bikes (2 adult and 2 children) and a large patio table with 6 matching chairs. The bedrooms all have hand made draping curtains and blackout blinds, wall mounted plasma TV and each bedroom has a DVD player and Ipod docking station. There is also Italian designed floor to ceiling, wall to wall storage cupboards in all the bedrooms.
Climate and Temperatures: The World Health Organisation classifies Oroklin annual climate as one of the worlds best with about 320 days of sun; 2950 hours of sunshine which equates to around 9 hours a day of beautiful blue skies, warm days and golden sunsets. Oroklini enjoys a micro-climate due to its position on the tip of Southern Cyprus coast which provides ideal characteristics for year-round living. This micro-climate also ensures clear sunny days with fresh sea air that makes Oroklini an excellent location for leisure holidays. The sea breeze also provides a pleasant cooling effect on those hot sunny days. Temperatures: April and May are a very comfortable 23 to 26c/73 to 78f; June is the beginning of serious summer with around 28c/82f; July and August are gloriously hot at around 35c/95f; September to mid October are normally 28c/82f. Local Gym and indoor heated swimming pool: There is a new heated swimming pool and gym with state of the art cardiovascular and gym equipment only 200 metres walk from the villa. The cost for 1 weeks use of the gym is 20 Euros per week. The cost for 1 weeks use of gym and heated indoor swimming pool is 25 Euros per week. There is also fitness classes available.

Restaurant and Bar Guide: There are several Restaurant and Bar Guides in the villa which lists numerous places all around the area which have been visited and enjoyed by many of our visitors - and us! There are several quality local restaurants and tavernas to be enjoyed in Oroklini. While only a 15 minutes walk out of the village onto the Dhekelia road you will find a host of hotels and an assortment of restaurants offering excellent mouth-watering Indian cuisine, exotic Chinese, fantastic Steakhouses, authentic Cypriot, or spicy Mexican.

Or you could go for the cosmopolitan atmosphere on Larnaca promenade which is aligned with beach front bars, sports bars, TGI Fridays and another huge abundance of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. There is something for everyone who enjoys the finer side to life! Don't be fooled into thinking this is like Ayia Napa restaurants and bars! There will be no touts or people hassling you to come into there establishment, it is all very cosmopolitan and relaxing atmosphere.

Village and town guides: In the villa you will find a listing of places to visit in the immediate area, around the region and further afield in Larnaca and Ayia Napa. There are so many wonderful Fiestas that take place throughout the year perpetuating both religious and pagan festivals, all of which are unique to this area. There are also Popular Classical Concerts and Firework displays. While you are here you can visit Larnaca (10 minutes drive) and Ayia Napa (20 minute drive). Here you will find fantastic shopping, culture, history, boat trips and sightseeing. Maybe you could go a little further afield to Limassol (45 minutes drive) or if you would like to go skiing in the winter why not visit Troodos Mountains (1 hour drive).
