Nestled on the edge of the charming, rustic village of Neo Chorio, this large detached villa & private pool is in a truly picturesque and tranquil location-with panoramic sea views and mountain vistas & set amidst a garden blooming with local flora, fragrant herbs, olive & fruit trees.
Fully equipped for a relaxing holiday home from home. The villa benefits from eco-solar powered electricity and, what's also unique, the villa is 'upside down' with the bedrooms on the lower floor and the living areas on the upper - the views are stunning whether you are upstairs on the balcony or downstairs on the terrace by the pool.
The open plan lounge and dining room is very spacious, light and airy with a fabulous large terrace balcony over-looking the private pool, garden, the sea and Akamas bay and hillside. Seating for 6. Wi-Fi, SMART TV with international channels.
Large kitchen is attractively fitted with granite work tops and top of the range chrome appliances. Excellent choice of equipment & utensils. Bathrooms have power showers.
3 Bedrooms are bright and cheerful: 1 x king size with large en-suite bath and shower; 2 x large twins. 2 bedrooms lead onto the pool, terrace and garden. Bedroom 3 overlooks fruit trees.
