The villa is a spacious three bedroom villa with beautiful golf course views.

Bedrooms: Two doubles (Master is en-suite with shower, second double is en-suite with bath and overhead shower), Twin bedroom (en-suite with shower).

Description:

Villa Limni is beautifully decorated and is one of the most spacious three bedroom villas on Resort. The open plan living, and dining area has a vaulted ceiling and patio doors that open out onto the rear terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished and the family kitchen well-equipped. The terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs, sunbeds, Gas BBQ with food preparation area, dining table and chairs. The wooden decked area further up the garden has comfortable sofas which makes it a great place to relax and take in the views of the lake on the 10th fairway of the golf course.

The first double bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite are located on the mezzanine level. The double room opens out to the poolside terrace and the twin room opens out to the side of the property leading round to the poolside terrace. The Master double bedroom (en-suite) is found on the first floor and has its own private balcony furnished with table and chairs looking out over the pool and golf course. There is also a front balcony with table and chairs which offers great panoramic views of the Resort and out to the sea beyond.

Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, and this villa is around a 20 minute walk from these facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.
We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.
During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
