A few minutes away from Latchi Polis, we find Villa Nasia a very peaceful place to stay, situated in a very quiet area at Neo Chorio. It is a spacious property and has panoramic views, beautifully set grounds and is within walking distance from the sea.
It can accommodate a family or a group of seven people easily and is located between an olive grove in the countryside. It is a property on one level and has a huge swimming pool (6,00x1,500 meters). It possesses a beautiful terrace, with sitting and dining out facilities, all overlooking the sea.
Entering the property from the front door, you find a spacious open plan space, fitted with a lounge, modern kitchen, dining room and a guests' shower. There is a wooden ladder leading into the attic, with a sitting room, where an extra guest can stay. The House Bar is the most amazing place, situated at the back of the living area.
Balcony doors open on to the terrace, where the pool is found at the front of the garden and also contains a ground balcony with comfortable facilities, where you can sit facing the sea.
On the left hand side of the main door there is a corridor leading to the bedroom area, where you find a double and twin bedroom. together with en-suite shower and a walk in wardrobe. At the back of the villa there is private parking and a small terrace, where you can sit or dine.
All terraces and balconies face the sea with awesome views. On a quiet night the roaring of the sea can be heard, as well as the sound of local wildlife.
Located in Neo Chorio, this villa is in a rural area. Maa-Paliokastro Archaeological Site and Byzantine Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Tombs of the Kings and Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery.
