The lounge area is tastefully decorated with light orange coloured three-seat and two-seat sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player and boasts French doors which lead out onto the pool and patio area.
The dining area is next to the lounge, offering seating for up to six people. It also has French doors leading to the large outside patio area.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor featuring doors leading to the patio, a double bed and bedside cabinets with matching lamps. Next to this room, there is a bathroom with a built-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. It could also be used as a guest bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom features a double bed and the third has two twin beds, which can be transformed into a double. Both are decorated to a very high standard, with plenty of wardrobe space and convenient shutters on all of the window, perfect to keep that early morning sun at bay.
There is a spacious bathroom directly outside these two bedrooms, which features single vanity sinks, bath with shower and a toilet.
Outside there is a large patio area equipped with a table and chairs, enabling you to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle - add to this the 8m x 4m private pool with ladder steps and it is certain that this Junior Villa will more than exceed your expectations.
