Please note that this is the 3 bedroom option which is considered the "main house" which is over 2,200 square feet. There are 3 smaller spaces for rent that may be occupied during your stay ( 1 detached and 2 attached units ). The property is set up to keep each unit very private and the only common space is the driveway and garage. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and there are communicating doors that seal each unit off from the main house.

The main house has its own washer/dryer and comes with 1 included parking space in the garage. ( 2 parking spaces available upon request ). There is also an EV charger available for use ( EV charging is available on a per KWh rate that is an additional charge, rates vary by time of day and time of year )

Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee. All stays of 90 days or more include a bi-monthly cleaning at no additional cost.

Please Note - At owner's discretion additional verification and/or background check/credit check may be required prior to check in. A signed guest lease and deposit may also be required prior to check in.

Costa Mesa is home to this vacation home. Huntington Beach Pier and Newport Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crystal Cove State Park and Orange County Great Park. Orange County Fairgrounds and Disney California Adventure® Park are not to be missed.
