Suite C at Canyon Ranch, a cozy studio ideal for couples. This suite features a nice king-size bed, a beautiful decorative fireplace, and a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The upgraded kitchenette includes a large fridge and an all-in-one toaster, griddle, and coffee pot!

Enjoy the privacy of your own courtyard and entrance, complete with a locking gate and lock box entry. Located just 2 miles from Newport and Huntington Beach, so everything you need is super close. Enjoy our complimentary bikes and boogie boards to take down to the beach or around the park.

The Space:
A Rustic Retreat with Modern Comforts

Welcome to our unique unit, where our old farmhouse has been redone to accommodate everyone! Nestled within a ranch-style house and equipped with air conditioning (AC), this space offers a cool and comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. Perfectly positioned on the border of Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach, our location is in an ideal spot.

Adjacent to the Fairview Nature Park, our unit invites you to enjoy the tranquility of nature with all the comforts of home, including a Mini-split AC system for those warmer days or heating for colder. Whether you are traveling for business or coming to enjoy the beach, our space is your ideal home base.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll enjoy the privacy and convenience of full private access to the apartment through your own dedicated entrance via the front gate and a sliding glass door. This ensures a secluded and comfortable stay, allowing you to come and go as you please, adding an extra layer of privacy to your visit.

Please be aware that Unit C does not have parking it is street parking only. Street parking is pretty much always available! We do ask that you please don't park in the driveway area of the property as those spots are designated. You can coordinate with us if we have space for you to park in the back. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the parking situation as you plan your stay at our unique and rustic retreat. The school next door does have a sign that says no airbnb parking, although we have talked to the groundskeeper, and as long as you move your vehicle by 7 am, you will be ok.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and suburban. Across the street is Fairview Park, a 200-acre nature reserve with great hiking trails! There is a path to the beach, which is 2 miles away, if you put maps to biking it will show you how to take it. Being so close to the park, we do have a company that sprays for bugs and traps mice around the whole property, and most guests don't run into any problems. But being so close to such a big park there is always a potential. With that being said, we are well equipped to handle it ourselves if needed, but typically, our pest control company takes care of everything, and we don't have any issues.

Getting Around:
Canyon Ranch is close to the beach; however, its less than 2 miles to the freeway so it's easy to get anywhere. Shopping, South Coast Plaza [3.8 mi] Fashion Island [4.7 mi] Orange County Airport (SNA) [4.8mi], LAX [39mi] OC Fairgrounds/Event Center [2.5 mi], Disneyland/Anaheim Convention Center[18 mi], Fwys and coastal routes.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is part of a Ranch style house with all completely separate units.

This unit is now a monthly rental. For all rentals over 28 days in California, it is considered a long-term stay. This unit is also now a 30-night minimum. All bookings over 30 days require a simple lease that can be signed in person or online via Docusign after booking. Thank you!
