Walk up the sleek formal entry that leads to the second floor foyer and spectacular floating stairway. The living area features a custom floor to ceiling warming fireplace, integrated flat screen with Apple TV, Blue-Ray and sound system with Bluetooth and Auxiliary capabilities. Don't forget to look through the Starfire glass floor at your friends and family on the lower levels!
Enjoy the gourmet chef's kitchen complete with dual ovens, a wonderful gathering island, kitchen TV, and grain matched solid walnut cabinets. Sit down for dinner and spectacular views from the custom designed dining room table (seats 10 comfortably). The living/dining area space flows to a fabulous finished grassy patio area, floating water fountain & botanical feature.
Continue up to the fourth level roof top which offers 360' panoramic views of the entire Island, City/Coronado Bridge/Coronado Shores/Point Loma/Mission Bay. Soak in the Jacuzzi Spa while simultaneously watching ships float by and the beautiful sunset. The rooftop is a tranquil spa-like space with outdoor lounge bed, complete outdoor kitchen & grill perfect for entertaining, outdoor bar seating, outdoor couch, wood floor tiles, and a portable Sonos sound system.
The large bedrooms on the second floor have spacious closet systems. The guest bath features beautiful Italian tile tub and shower. Full size washer/dryer on second level for your convenience. The Master Bedroom features artistic 1" glass swinging doors, custom designer bath with large steam shower and tub, and large custom walk-in closet.
Kids and adults alike will love the movie room/game room on the first floor! Equipped with surround sound stereo system, 70 inch TV, foosball, ping-pong, air hockey tables, queen size murphy bed and full bathroom. Parking is simple with a secured private parking space in gated rear courtyard (plus plenty of street parking). Double entrances both from street front and rear courtyard.
