You will be a guest of our family. We work hard to ensure that you enjoy your stay. You can anticipate fresh flowers in the living room; a welcome basket of wine, cheeses, and fruit in the refrigerator; and everything you need to prepare coffee or tea on the kitchen counter. Please know that a family member of the owner will thoroughly inspect your condo the day before you arrive. A family member is available to greet you and take you through our unit, La Princesa, and The Shores, showing you everything you will enjoy during your stay. You will be asked, "Is everything just right?"
Our unit is the largest one-bedroom floorplan at Coronado Shores, with 1,200 square feet of combined interior and balcony space. There is a super-abundance of storage and closets, including a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Your balcony is 26 feet long and has a head-on ocean and Point Loma view from the 12th floor. The photos you see on VRBO are exactly what you see from the balcony or in the living room or bedroom, looking directly toward the ocean, sunsets, and Point Loma.
THIS CONDO IS NEWLY UPGRADED, WITH STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING A BUILT-IN SUBZERO; GE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE MICROWAVE, DOUBLE-DOOR OVEN, AND GLASS COOKTOP; AND A SILENT BOSCH DISHWASHER. The full-sized stacked clothes washer and dryer are behind a soundproof door in the hallway. THE FURNISHINGS ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND DESIGNER BRAND, AND ONLY HIGH-END ACCESSORIES WERE SELECTED THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. THERE IS A KING-SIZED BED IN THE BEDROOM AND A QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM. THIS CONDO HAS CENTRAL HEAT/AIR AND INCLUDES ONE UNDERGROUND PARKING SPACE.
Your condo in La Princesa Tower is centrally located within The Shores, just minutes to the world's most beautiful beaches and a six-minute walk to Coronado's shops, dining, and entertainment on Orange Avenue, including the world-famous Hotel Del Coronado. Orange Avenue in Coronado has delicious, reasonably priced cafes, delis, and exotic restaurants. You'll also find grocery stores, museums, and specialty shops. You can drive across the Coronado Bridge to enjoy La Jolla, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, the Gaslight District, Barrio Logan, Little Italy, and Greece, China, and Japan Towns, and a hundred other attractions.
Coronado Shores amenities include 24/7 doorpersons in each Tower, roving security guards, and staffed entrance gates. You will have absolute security and privacy. The four huge separate pool and Jacuzzi complexes are located next to the beach, overlooking the ocean, Point Loma, and the Coronado Islands. The Main Beach Club includes a bar and scheduled activities. A fully equipped gym has dry saunas and indoor whirlpools. There are tennis and pickleball courts, and miles of walking paths. The 38 acres of landscaping are lush and meticulously cared for, with flower gardens, water features, lagoons, and observation decks.

1. THE SHOREST STAY IS APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION FROM THE 1st DAY OF THE MONTH TO THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR LEASE WILL BEGIN AT 2:00 P.M. ON THE 1st OF THE MONTH AND WILL END AT 12:00 P.M. NOON ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH.
2. YOU PAY FOR YOUR CORONADO SHORES PHOTO IDS, ELECTRICITY, AND THE NON-REFUNDABLE $175 CLEANING FEE. YOU CAN ASK US APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH THE ELECTRICITY COST WILL BE FOR A MONTH OR A TERM.
3. WE REQUIRE A $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT. VRBO HOLDS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AS A RESERVE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN YOU BOOK. WE DO NOT HOLD YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
4. IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON OR DEPART EARLY, YOUR BEST BET IS TO PURCHASE A SUPER LOW-COST AND FAST AND EASY-TO-SETTLE TRIP INSURANCE POLICY WITH VRBO'S TRIP INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED GENERALI CSA (800-349-8218). WE ARE REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT VRBO'S RECOMMENDED INSURER IS THE LOWEST COST, EASIEST, AND FASTEST TO SETTLE. ALLIANZ IS ALSO GOOD. HOWEVER, YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTING THE BEST INSURER.
Located in Glorietta Bay, a neighborhood in Coronado, this condo is next to a golf course and on the beach. USS Midway Museum and Pechanga Arena are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Seaport Village and Fashion Valley Mall. Traveling with kids? Make time for San Diego Zoo, or check out an event or a game at Petco Park. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and ice skating.
