Stunning home with large, private pool close to festival, polo fields, tennis center, horses and more!

Wonderfully open bohemian interior leads seamlessly to outdoor space. Interior includes renovated kitchen and open living/dining area as well as well-appointed bedrooms and baths with a bonus outdoor shower (private) perfect on a hot afternoon.

The outdoor space is completely private and available with pool, hot tub, games, luxury deck furniture, firepit, outdoor bar and BBQ and lots of spaces to hang out- in and out of the sun (high quality umbrellas provided.) The sport pool is equipped for volleyball and basketball, as well as safe for coming down the twisty slide. However, NO DIVING, please. The hot tub is great at night, even in the hot months of summer. Outdoor music and lighting available via ipad, make the outdoors more inviting.
