This summer beach house was completely renovated when purchased and the owners continue to keep up with ongoing Renos. The bathroom was redone in 2021. It is fully tiled, crisp, and clean. The outdoor shower was completely rebuilt in 2022 and a new LG washer and dryer were installed in 2022. There is a mahogany entertaining deck with outdoor shower area on the deck. Landscaping has been upgraded with a new lawn and irrigation system. The house interior design continues to be updated each year with new additions. This truly is a unique beach house in an exclusive and quiet location - the quintessential summer cottage down the sandy lane. Located just a few miles from the town center and within walking distance of both the Oyster River and Hardings Beach. We now offer a Sunday to Sunday rental schedule. Avoid the hectic Saturday turnover traffic and miss the 5-mile bridge back-ups. Save hours of frustration - Sundays are a breeze!

Located in West Chatham, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Monomoy Theatre and Chatham Drama Guild are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chatham Seaside Links and Chatham Fish Pier. Traveling with kids? Consider Chatham Marconi Maritime Center, or check out an event or a game at Veterans Field. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
