This beautiful family home is everything you are looking for in a Cape Cod escape. There are two immaculate houses on the same property with plenty of bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Located on a quiet, secluded private road, walking distance to Jackknife Beach and only a 7 minute drive to downtown Chatham. Spend time together in the sunroom, or take advantage of the spacious, fenced-in backyard, two outdoor decks, 2 grills for outdoor cooking and two outdoor showers. A/C in both houses.
The half acre property features two houses, perfect for multiple families. The yard is large, well landscaped and surrounded by large hedges for privacy. Additionally, the driveway has lots of space for cars and activities.

The main house is 3 bed / 3 bath. There is a primary bedroom with a King bed + ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a Queen bed + ensuite bath and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds and adjacent full bathroom.

The carriage house is very large too. Upstairs, you'll find a full living quarters with a primary King bedroom + bath and large living room. Downstairs in the carriage house, there is a private guest room (not pictured) with a luxurious pull-out Queen Bed, very comfortable for 2 guests to sleep. The private downstairs room also has its own bathroom and desk. Finally, in the two garage bays you'll find a game room with ping pong + foosball + fridge and a huge selection of lawn games such as badminton, bocce, croquet, lawn jenga, corn hole and much more.

Both houses are fully self-contained with fast mesh WiFi and large TV's with Netflix and YouTubeTV subscriptions. Both houses have A/C and their own washer/dryer systems. Central A/C in the front house many window AC units in the carriage house.

Finally, guest can access the neighborhood Kayak launch which is a 3 minute walk from the house. Paddles, life jackets and kayaks are all provided.
