The open floor plan, combined living and dining room, along with a separate den that also serves as a fourth bedroom, is perfect for gatherings. Central location allows for easy walks or bike rides to beaches, Main Street, Veterans field, playgrounds, tennis courts, and the rail trail, just to name a few.

- Oyster Pond beach (best beach for children - protected inlet so it has salt water but has no waves and no sharks

- Chatham Bars Inn (fancy - great for dinner and cocktails)
- Chatham Pier Fish Market (casual - outdoor seating only - great food and there are always seals swimming along the dock)

- Chef’s kitchen with large center island is open to the living and dining areas. Great for entertaining family and friends. Sliding doors open to patio with large seating area

- Three bedrooms upstairs, each with en-suite full bathrooms.
- Fourth bedroom on first floor, full bathroom, set up with two daybeds. Use for an extra sitting/TV room or to sleep guests on four twin size mattresses
- Finished Lower level doubles as the game room and kids sleeping area. Lots of windows provide natural light. Furnished with two sets of bunk beds (four twin mattresses), two leather sofas with built in reclining seats, large 4K television with Apple TV and Roku, PlayStation mini video game, ping pong table and arcade game.
- Chess, checkers, backgammon, and other board games and puzzles
- Apple TV and Roku attached to TVs (sign in to access your personal accounts (HBO Go, iTunes, Netflix, YouTube, etc)
Outside the home:
- Heated pool and hot tub completed in the Spring of 2020 (pool open Memorial Day Weekend to Columbus Day Weekend)
- Watch the fireworks from Independence Day or New Years Eve from the backyard
- Half acre of flat, cleared property with mature landscaping (mature and beautiful hydrangea, Rose of Sharon, and other flowering plants).
