So don't forget your bikes! Located at the end of a cul-de sac, this Cape style home has a vaulted ceiling that showers lots of light into the open 1st floor living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated with modern appliances and furniture, this beautifully decorated rental has excellent indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Large back deck, firepit, expanded front, back and side yard for kids to run and play, and even a finished basement with games and large flat screen TV. Wifi and slimline a/c units in bedrooms and living room to keep you cool and connected, and an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse of the salt and sand after a day in the waves. This home sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms; with a 1st floor king bed, 2nd floor king and queen, and 2 twin daybeds in the finished basement. Head out back through the gate and you will find a paved bike path that runs from Yarmouth, all the way to Wellfleet. Miles of fun for walkers, runners, or those on 2 wheels! A quick drive into town offers shopping, the movies, ice cream or even catch a baseball game. The owners also provide a Welcome Bag upon check in.
