The front porch is a great outdoor space to enjoy our great Charlevoix weather. Walk to a Lake Michigan beach, the harbor, the movie theater, library, farmer’s market, concerts and festivals, Oleson's Grocery Store, John Cross Fisheries to name just a few. Just a short drive to Castle Farms and many other celebration venues. Traverse City is approximately an hour away. Petoskey is just 17 miles away.

For an additional fee, a one bedroom attached apartment with private entrance can also be made available for additional friends and family. It includes a living room, a dining room/ kitchen and full bathroom. Outside is a large wrap around porch, private side patio and open backyard. A long driveway for parking.

Please note, the house is on a quiet residential street that does not lend itself parties or family reunions. A maximum of 10 overnight guests. Also, please note there is a security camera on the garage that points down the driveway. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let us know and we will provide detail on how to disable the unit on your arrival.

Located in Charlevoix, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. North Seas Gallery and Charlevoix Circle of Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Mushroom House and Charlevoix South Pier Light. Artform Fabricating and Castle Farms are also worth visiting.
