Brand new lake home with 80 ft of frontage and a 100 ft new vinyl dock with platform and swim ladder across the street. 1,000 sf composite deck, firepit and outdoor private shower. Walk or drive a mile to Boyne City's Main Street festivals, Farmers Market and concerts and restaurants. 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain's ski lifts or golf courses. Less than an hour to catch the ferry to Mackinaw Island for the day. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom home completed in 2018. Spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and one set of bunk beds. Charming décor with amazing views makes this home so comfy you'll never want to leave. You have the lake, the woods, yard and all within Boyne City limits. The large dock provides a great place to set up chairs and enjoy the sun and water. There is also a large deck with 2 gas grills overlooking the lake and large yard. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing on the lake. This place is perfect vacation retreat for families, friends or couples. A boat hoist is available at a rate of $100 per night (It will show as water fee on the listing) it will hold a 6,000 lb boat, not wide enought for a pontoon. If renting a pontoon a temporary mooring may be installed by the boat rental place but an advance reservation is needed.
