This is a lovely cottage in a great location--just half a mile to Craigville beach and a block away from the town of Centerville. It's comfortable and cozy and a perfect spot to experience all the Cape has to offer
The space
This is a lovely, recently renovated three bedroom, one and one half bath house just one-half mile to Craigville Beach and less than a block to Centerville town (just a quick stroll to Four Seas Ice Cream!) The house has all hard wood floors, gets lots of light, and is spacious and clean. Three bedrooms have a queen, a full and a twin, and two more twins.
We also have a roll out twin bed available
The house has a flat screen TV in the living room and air conditioning units in the living room and all three bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There is a large backyard with a patio and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower.
This is a very family friendly house with lots of charm, a comfortable house that you will love in the summertime and feel cozy by the wood fireplace in the offseason.
There is plenty of parking. Please note that there is a small carriage house at the back of the property with a year round tenant who is very private and quiet.
We ask that you park your car turning to the right, toward the fence.

There is a large yard and a lovely deck with an outdoor shower. There is a basement with a washer/dryer
Other things to note
there is a carriage house at the end of the driveway and a quiet tenant lives there. We have plenty of parking but ask our renters to turn to the right when they park so everyone has space.
Centerville is home to this vacation home. Barnstable Performing Arts Center and Cape Cod Melody Tent are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Stand Up & Paddle Cape Cod and Cape Codder Water Park. Cape Cod Maritime Museum and Wild Animal Lagoon are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain biking.
