Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home nestled in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa! This inviting space is perfect for a small family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their visit.
This one story home offers two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, kitchen and a workspace for you to call your own while you stay with us. There is a Keurig and we supply some K-Cups but feel free to bring more if you would like.
The backyard is completely fenced in in case your dog needs some outside time.
There are two places to park off street for the home. Located off the alley there is a gravel parking pad and a one stall garage, both for you to use.
We live in town and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Messages through the app is the fasted way to get a response!
While there is on-street parking, we recommend parking in the back next to or in the garage. The alley can be accessed from either 15th or 16th Ave to 11th St SW. See the last photo how to access from 11th St.
If you become locked out of you unit it is a $50 fee to be let in. We provide two keys and recommend one stays in the lock box at all times.
Cedar Rapids is home to this vacation home.
