• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Gather used sheets and towels, and place down the laundry shoot. this is in the closet outside the bedroom with the day bed. careful not to over stuff the shoot. leave comforters and shams on beds.
• All trash must be bagged and placed inside appropriate bin outside. small green bin is garbage, blue bin is recycling, large green is yard waste.
• Please turn off lights, electronics, etc. & turn thermostat to 72. close all the curtains. ensure back door is locked. exit via front door. pull the door closed & touch the yale button on lock.
