The Cedar Tides low unit is a ground floor bed/bath located right on the water with a private entrance. A comfortable queen bed and full bathroom are all you really need for a long weekend on the island. As far as kitchen items there is a microwave, minifridge with microfreezer, 2 coffee cups, and a coffee maker. The space is great for a cereal and coffee breakfast, soup/sandwich lunch and go out dinner type of schedule. You're on vacation, who wants to stay in anyway? At the window you'll find a small table for meals and planning your day. Step out the back door to your large private deck overlooking the water. Here you can sit back and relax while you watch the tides change and the dolphins play. This unit sits at a cozy 230 sq ft.

*If you're looking for more space, Cedar Tides also rents the upper unit as a 1 bedroom 1 bath and the entire townhouse as a 2 bed 2 bath.

The lower unit of Cedar Tides is at ground level, no stairs required.

This is a dog friendly property but we ask that all dogs go outside to use the bathroom (no piddle pads) and that there is no barking.

*Parking: Cedar Tide Low (lower unit) allows for 1 vehicle, vehicle must be parked in the carport at the entrance of the unit. Please do not park your vehicles or golf carts anywhere else at the property. There is NO boat or trailer parking.

*Note that there is NOT water access from this property.

* No Dock. Dock is out of order and cannot be accessed at this time.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.

Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
