This cozy one level home is a two block walk away from the sunset beach on G Street, where you can join the town to watch the stunning sunsets that the island is famous for. And if you`re in the mood for some shopping, dining, or strolling, you`re in luck – we`re also just three blocks away from downtown on 2nd Street, where you`ll find our vibrant and bustling community center.

We also know that your furry friends are an important part of your life, which is why we`re proud to be a pet-friendly property. So bring your pup along – there are plenty of dog-friendly spots in town (Cedar Key State Park is our favorite), and your four-legged friend will love exploring with you.

And if you`re coming with a boat or a trailer, we`ve got you covered – we offer boat and trailer parking right here on our property. So whether you`re an experienced fisherman or just looking to try something new, you can hit the water with ease.

Inside, our cottage is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You`ll find a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) that can sleep up to four guests.

-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
