• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Dishes washed and put away on rack lock doors and close blinds/drapes leave kitchen & main level bathroom sink cabinet doors open (to help prevent freezing) & leave faucet handles in open/on position.
• - turn water tank lever back to off. - unplug washing machine. - switch water heater and well pump breakers off. - turn downstairs heat breaker off as well if in on position.
• - move propane fire thermostat switch all the way to left to turn off. should be a small click. - be sure that main level base board heater is on low, less than a quarter turn.
