Wildlife viewing, hiking, mountain bike trails, and outdoor recreation all on a private working forest. US Forest Service backs up to the property for more outdoor exploration. Experience live silviculture practices such as timber falling, thinning, brushing, fire prevention, planting, and erosion control. The goal of Pratt Holdings LLC is to provide a health forest for next 8 generations to enjoy.

Located in Cascade, this cabin is on a river. Terrace Lakes Resort Golf Course and Garden Valley Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Payette River and Lake Cascade State Park.
