$250 fine to your security if you keep the lights on the patio and also if curtains are not drawn from
9pm to 7am due to turtle season.
This is a two bedroom two bath beach villa in south seas resort. The top two floors in an elevator building unit 2433
Renovated and very nice this has the BEST views since it occupies the top two floors of the condo complex.

There is a twin bed in the loft and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

beach items available to include beach chairs, beach towels and cooler.
An umbrella MAY be available I do not guarantee it since it gets broken by quests frequently and does not get reported as damaged but I check them every time I am there.
I do require a rental agreement be signed
Golf Carts can be rented with a local provider
I no longer guarantee the use of umbrellas in my units due to the damage by guests I do have beach chairs and umbrellas but DO NOT guarantee the umbrellas
YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING:
1. 3 condo pools 2. 3 BBQ areas 3. All pool chairs, loungers and tables at the 3 condo pools since I own in all 3 associations 5. All my beach items to include chairs, beach towels, and sand toys 6. so many off site restaurants (walkable and others by car) not sure why one would eat at south seas (expensive) . 7. You can rent bikes, golf carts and other items of interest with local providers that are less expensive than you would pay with the resort
Elevators are functional but I make no guarantees as if they will be working during your stay due to the fact they are mechanical items I will not do refunds if elevator decides not to work during your stay
Make sure to get travel insurance I strictly enforce the cancellation policy

Located on the beach, this condo is in Gulf Shores, a neighborhood in Captiva. Captiva Chapel By the Sea and Sanibel Historical Village and Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation and Bailey - Matthews Shell Museum. Jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
