This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stilt home (stairs required to entrance) is an idyllic retreat for your Southwest Florida adventure. Meticulously renovated and adorned with coastal-themed décor, it epitomizes the essence of island living. Upon entering, you'll step into an expansive open-concept space comprising the kitchen, living area, with 75 inch smart TV, and dining area. Your gaze will be irresistibly drawn to the screened back porch, spanning the entire length of the house. Many cherished moments are spent here, where you can lose yourself in a good book, engage in delightful conversations, observe birds, manatees, and fish, and savor the breathtaking views.
Continuing inside, a hallway leads you to two guest bedrooms and a well-appointed guest bathroom featuring a combination shower and tub. The first guest room boasts a comfortable full sized bed, while the second guest room offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample closet space, ensuring you can seamlessly settle into your home away from home. At the end of the hallway, you'll find the spacious Master Bedroom and its adjoining bath. The Master Bedroom features a sumptuous King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. It also offers a dresser and a spacious closet. French doors in the Master Bedroom lead to the back porch, allowing you to open them up and relish the splendid, sunny, and breezy weather of Southwest Florida.
Outside, you'll discover a covered carport and additional parking space for two or three vehicles, along with ample room for your boat trailer. Notably, there's a well-furnished bar area, complete with barstools beneath the house and overlooking the water, where you can observe the graceful manatees gliding by or catch your favorite sports team on the 55-inch television (a favored spot for sports enthusiasts). A cozy fire pit invites you to enjoy the perfectly cool winter evenings. Stroll to the new 30' dock, where you can moor your boat or simply immerse yourself in the captivating underwater world of minnows, crabs, and fish. The dock is thoughtfully equipped with a fish cleaning table, hose, and electrical connections to meet all your fishing and boating needs.
Please note that while renters do not have access to a boat lift, they can enjoy the included 30' dockage at no additional cost. Paddle-boards are not available for renters. The downstairs 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is unoccupied and not included with the rental.
