Spread across three levels, the home sleeps 14 with 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 8 baths. The expansive primary suite includes a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, a game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.
Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor pool - available all year - or unwind in the private hot tub beneath the mountain air. The patio includes outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, creating a comfortable setting for crisp winter evenings outdoors.

Ski access

Ski in, ski out access is approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Head left from the property, then right at the crossroad to reach the Kadenwood Gondola and the nearby access trail to Lower Peak to Creek, which leads to the Creekside Gondola. The narrow access trail is best suited to intermediate skiers, while beginners may prefer to take the Kadenwood Gondola. For ski in access, follow the Kadenwood trail to the top of the Kadenwood Gondola, then walk approximately 3 minutes back to the home. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Kadenwood Gondola. Closed for the fall season. Please contact our team for current seasonal operating hours.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
