The dining room offers comfortable seating for 6-8 at the solid wood footed table surrounded by book shelves and lighted by chandelier. The two additional bedrooms are cozy and spacious, each with ample closet space and access to a full equipped bathroom. The finished basement offers a place to relax and kick back, with a 60 inch flat screen, spacious sectional, and large windows drawing in natural light supporting the numerous pot lights embedded in the white washed pine ceiling. The basement also offers a large carpeted toy room for the children to play. The large railed back deck offers a great space to enjoy the views, BBQ or access the large backyard with private access to water, fire pit, and beach. The home, which offers a two car garage and interlocking brick walk is set back off the road on 1.7 acres of land situated in the quaint community of Mermaid which is only 7 minutes drive to the Capitol city of PEI, Charlottetown with its historic waterfront, fine dining, markets, cultural activities, and the Charlottetown event grounds.
