• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs with prior approval. $150 per dog per stay. (Dogs only — no other pets.)

• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival

Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.
Located in Broken Bow, this cabin is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Broken Bow Lake. The Maze of Hochatown and Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo are also worth visiting.
