The Space:
Welcome to Summerset Villa, a reimagined barn estate in the heart of Bridgehampton. Just moments from town and the beach, this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat offers a peaceful escape with easy access to local shops, dining, and transportation.
Originally the Ludlow Grange Barn, this 6,000 square-foot home was rebuilt in 2014 with soaring ceilings, open interiors, and thoughtful design. The main level features a dramatic great room, a sleek chef’s kitchen with views of the pool, and three spacious bedrooms connected by a striking hallway. Upstairs, a private guest suite accessed via exterior stairs includes a fourth bedroom, gym, office, and additional living area.
The U-shaped layout wraps around a landscaped English garden and a heated gunite pool with hot tub, offering privacy and serenity. Set back 500 feet from the road, the property feels tucked away while remaining close to everything. Bikes, surfboards, and beach gear are also provided.
Whether you're exploring the Hamptons or relaxing at home, Summerset Villa is designed for comfort, convenience, and style.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled between Sag Harbor and East Hampton, Bridgehampton blends rustic charm with upscale appeal. Explore local wineries, farm stands, and art galleries, or spend the day at beautiful beaches like Sagg Main. The village offers a mix of gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, and seasonal events, including the famed Hampton Classic horse show. Whether biking through scenic backroads or enjoying a sunset dinner, Bridgehampton delivers the perfect mix of countryside calm and coastal sophistication.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional fee. Cleaning costs is contracted with the cleaners and paid to them directly.
If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Bridgehampton is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center and Children's Museum of The East End are also worth visiting.
