A generous driveway and garage offer ample parking and storage for vehicles, bikes, and kayaks.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower area with both hot and cold water—an ideal Cape Cod touch. Additional comforts include portable A/C units in the primary and second bedrooms, along with a newly installed (2022) mini-split system in the main living area, providing efficient heating and cooling for the kitchen and adjacent spaces.

Recent upgrades also include new living room seating, updated kitchen chairs, and a Smart TV in the primary bedroom for streaming (no cable).

**Maximum occupancy is strictly 10 guests at all times.**

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $495 (Linen Included), $250 Refundable Security Deposit, plus applicable state and local taxes. Please note that if excess trash is left at departure, the $250 Refundable Security Deposit will be withheld.
