The first-floor bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a mini-split system for personalized climate control, with a full bathroom just steps away. The main level also boasts a beautifully furnished living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need.
Upstairs, the open loft area provides two twin beds and a TV, perfect for additional guests. Just beyond the loft, the primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and its own mini-split system for ultimate comfort.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children s Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
