Casa de Palmas is a charming 3 bedroom and 3 bath private beach house, located one block from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. The home is surrounded by lush palms providing privacy and tranquility. Casa de Palmas has been recently updated and tastefully decorated with coastal wall colors; furniture and décor creating a comfortable and inviting living space for you and your family to enjoy!

Casa de Palmas features two main bedrooms and a separate third bedroom that can accommodate six guests comfortably. The first main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower. The second main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into one king-size bed. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs, including in the living room. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more with all stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island.

Enjoy two spacious balconies where you can sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, or walk out to the terrace on the first floor overlooking the heated pool and patio with luscious landscaping. The home includes a Nest thermostat and childproof door alarms on all exterior doors. Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, board games, a Ping-Pong table, a outdoor grill and two beach cruisers (bicycles) are available for guest use. The house is elevated with a one car garage and separate carport, accommodating up to two cars.

Casa de Palmas is walking distance to excellent shops and restaurants, including a supermarket (Publix) and pharmacy (CVS), and across the street from a free island trolley stop where you can hop on and take a sightseeing tour around the island. The trolley runs from historic Anna Maria Pier down to Coquina Beach seven days a week from 6 am to 10 pm. Experience for yourself why Anna Maria Island is considered Florida's hidden gem!

Things to know:

This beach home is elevated with stairs and guests must climb stairs to reach the living quarters once inside the home.

The property has a 7-night stay minimum requirement.

*Pool heat is included and maintained at least at 80°F. Pool heat will not be available if outdoor low temperature of the day starts at or below 65 degrees

This home utilizes Roku smart tvs and you are able to access basic cable as well as use your own personal logins ( i.e. Netflix, hulu, apple tv, U-tube tv, amazon, disney + etc. .)

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy the property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We have a security camera on the front porch, one facing the garage, one facing the street and one in our locked pool room which record audio and visual. The cameras are all positioned outside of the home.
