This home sleeps 9 comfortably and is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook anything from pancakes to full gourmet meals and a dishwasher to assist in the clean-up. Double wall oven and convenient cook top make cooking a breeze. A new charbroil grill is right out on the patio for the beach chef.
A dishwasher is installed to clean up after your feast.
Security and privacy is our top priority for our guests. This home is equipped with CCTV cameras located outdoors in only in public areas. One ring camera at the front entrance and one located beach side.
The split floor plan gives privacy to all and an open floor plan make the living area very accommodating for socializing. Comfy and colorful furnishings in the living room, dining room and bed rooms. The living room is huge with 2 full size sofas (one with fold out queen size bed) and 2 beach themed recliners as well as side chairs. Enjoy our new central HAVC system to control heat and air conditioning , 60" flat screen Smart TV, DVD player is standard with over 400 channels on multiple ROKU controlled tvs
Every bedroom has its own wall mounted flat screen TV with basic streaming channels like Netflix
WIFI internet is installed for free internet use with 200 MBS wifi is throughout the home.

Both baths are updated with LARGE walk in showers and one is handicap accessible with a 36" door and 5" step. Stacked washer and dryer is included for your convenience.

The reason why our guests come back year after year? The home is directly on the beach! Walk out your back door and you enter the screened Florida Room for hours of shaded bug free beach living. This area can be accessed from the kitchen and makes beach life very pleasant. A large private patio overlooking the white sands of the beach has many beach chairs for the family to gather and swap stories of the days activities.

Pour a tall cool drink Walk out to the waters edge and enjoy it on the beach as you watch kids build sand castles and boogie board in the surf.. There will be no need to haul your beach needs down the street to your rental because you are ''On The Beach''. Have a leisurely lunch in the bug free, fully screened, beach side Florida room while you listen to the surf serenade and the sea birds that are abundant on the island. There is always a spot on the beach for you as this section of the island only has single family homes on the beach and NO condos so the beach is never crowded.
Later take a stroll south down the beach to the Sand Bar Restaurant and enjoy a beverage or meal of your choice and listen to the guitar man play ''Cheeseburger in Paradise''. Maybe stay for lunch or dinner and indulge your pallet with some wonderful tropical cuisine. Stroll down historic Pine Ave and enjoy all the beach boutiques, ice cream parlors, and one of a kind restaurants that dot this wonderful street.
Walk to the famous Rod and Reel Pier to see what the anglers are catching or you can fish for your own prize. Pole rental is available at the pier.

Enjoy the wonderful wildlife...manatees, box turtles, dolphins and many sea birds.
There is plenty of shelling along the 7 miles of shoreline on the island. The next day you can take the free trolley all over the island and see how special Anna Maria Island really is. This trolley has many stops and runs on a 20 min. schedule. Continue to the end of pine and walk down historic Anna Maria Pier, one of the oldest structures on the island, for a world famous ''Grouper Sandwich'' Take time to rent a pole and catch a big one! Or bring your pole and fish right in the surf from the beach. Bring the whole family and enjoy yourself. Then stroll back down the white sand beach to Mango Beach House.

At the end of the day gather on the beach to participate in the daily ritual of watching the sun slowly setting over the pristine blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
