As you walk through the double doors to this stunning luxury home you will be immersed in the tropical atmosphere with astounding water views. The living room offers ample and comfortable seating centered around the large television, but even better is the full canal view right outside the sliding glass doors. This home features an exquisite formal dining area with table seating for up to 10 people and even more views. Gaze out over the sparkling pool while you dine and watch fish jump in the canal.

The living and dining areas are conveniently open to the state of the art modern kitchen where no detail was spared. Your inner chef will appreciate the gorgeous quartz counters, induction cooktop, double wall oven, drawer microwave and wine fridge. Enjoy breakfast at the large kitchen island while you plan for the day's outings and exploration.

This single story home offers an ideal layout for the ultimate in comfort. At the back of the house your master retreat awaits. The huge master suite is absolutely stunning and features a king bed, cable TV, oversized walk-in closet with full laundry, and huge ensuite spa bathroom. The bathroom offers double sinks, a luxurious walk in shower as well as a bathtub. Sliding doors off the master bedroom will lead you to the zen-like tropical lanai with access to the pool.

Three more beautifully designed bedrooms round out the rest of the home. There are two queen guest bedrooms, each with their own attached bath with walk-in shower. Children will love the fun bunk room with two sets of built in twin over full bunks. Every bedroom features cable TV. Just outside the bunk room there is yet another full bathroom with double vanity and shower.

Outside you will find 6 cushioned lounge chairs for the ultimate waterfront relaxation. Lounge by the swaying palms or take a dip in the heated saltwater pool. Enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table for 6 or the cozy bistro table after cooking up the day's catch on the propane grill. If you can bring yourself to leave this spectacular home, Ychous Key Royal is just a short drive to any of the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. This home is centrally located in the middle of the island so you can easily rent a golf cart or bikes to explore Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Bean Point, the City pier and more!

Bring your boat! Up to a 27ft vessel may be docked, however the lift is not for guest use.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

We generally require a minimum stay of 28 nights at this home. Please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
