Guests will enjoy a full gourmet kitchen, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day! The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating for family and friends to take in a movie on the flat panel HDTV. 3 bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests. All have TVs. Step outside and enjoy a fantastic outdoor living. There is an outside kitchen for your cookout. A spiral staircase leads up to the roof top deck with partial Gulf views. There is plenty of seating up there to take in a fabulous sunset sky.

The closest beach access is just around the corner at Cypress Avenue. There is no direct path to the water from the backyard. Come home from a sunny day on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

The Lady Fish is also conveniently located a short walk away from Pine Avenue's shopping area. Here you can try out the delicious local cuisines, browse through shops and much more!

Don't forget the free trolley that runs on the Island from sun up to late in the night.

This is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 30 lbs. The pet fee is $150.00 per pet and non-refundable. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

BED & BATH DETAILS

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. One guest room has two Twin beds and the other bedroom has a Full, both with flat screen TVs. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub comb.

There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Choose between the ground level patio area or the roof top deck. There is lots of seating for the whole family.
