Enjoy family meals, cocktail hour, and preparing your catch of the day in the fully appointed kitchen. With plenty of space for all of your groceries, enjoy updated appliances, granite countertops, you have all the comforts of home to prepare all of your family treats! Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The porch and pool in the backyard promise a relaxing vacation. The house is in short walking distance to the beach.

BED & BATH DETAILS

This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with its own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a flat screen TV and large balcony overlooking the back yard. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two twin beds are set up in the third bedroom. The full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower is for their convenience.

EXTERIOR

Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently located covered porch area has an outdoor TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful private swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.

Pool Heat: $100.00 per week.

Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be reached at all times. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additonal cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

No garage access.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid August-January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.
