Head up to the third floor which is where your dreamy paradise awaits. The great room is light and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. This space offers a new full-size sleeper sofa in order to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. Outside on the lanai you may catch peeks of the gulf and definitely enjoy a gulf breeze while you relax with coffee or a cocktail.

The chef in the family will appreciate the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter space that opens to the dining area complete with table for 6. After dinner walk just 95 steps to the beautiful white sand beach and take in the spectacular Gulf sunsets.

Both bedrooms in this thoughtfully designed home are styled with luxury crisp linens, coastal decor and ample closet space. The master suite provides a king bed and ensuite bathroom with both a therapeutic jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. Centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach you can easily navigate the area without having to step foot into your car by catching the free island trolley.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
