Living Space:

The mid-century coastal living room has a plush sofa and armchairs upholstered in neutral, earthy hues. The sitting area is nicely arranged around a coffee table and entertainment cabinet with a SmartTV. Relax here to socialize, read, or stream your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to the covered patio with direct pool access.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, a 4-burner electric range, a full-size fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and double basin sink. Plenty of counter space for meal prep! The breakfast bar, which offers stool seating for two, is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or fresh-squeezed citrus juice. Additional items include a drip coffee maker & Keurig, a toaster, a blender, etc. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer.

Dining:
The coastal-style dining area is situated below a ceiling fan. The rectangular table has six rattan chairs. Fix a tropical fruit salad for lunch, grill steaks, or fresh seafood for dinner. This large table is a comfortable gathering space to share family-style meals. The dining area also features a built-in bookshelf and island-themed art and decor.

Enjoy a private beach/deeded beach access directly across the street. The beaches of Anna Maria flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida. Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells.

Be sure to visit Anna Maria City Pier! Built in the early 1900s, this 700-foot-long pier provides a great vantage point for watching sunrises and sunsets, bird watching, and dolphin watching and provides views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can also fish off this pier.

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, is host to many amazing sea creatures - among them are Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species, and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and protect them until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with them). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter-warm waters and migrate south.
