We have a beautiful home available in Central-West Boulder at the corner of 7th and Pleasant Street. We are about five blocks from Pearl Street, two blocks from hiking on Flagstaff Mountain, and a short walk to the University of Colorado. The house is stone downstairs, with a huge fireplace and a central room for hanging out with a large television, piano, and view over a garden lot to the east.

Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms upstairs: two with queen beds another with a full-sized bed. We also have a study downstairs with a full-sized sleeping loft (brand new organic mattress) and adjoining bathroom.

Bathrooms: One full-bathroom upstairs, and one bathroom with a shower near the loft downstairs.

Other Things: The house is child-friendly. However, be advised we do have open stairs if you have little ones. You are welcome to use our bikes, scooters, and basketball hoop. We also have a private patio with a gas grill that looks out onto an undeveloped lot with a mature garden. It is a charming place for entertaining and hanging out day or night (we have lights and outdoor heaters).

Rates: We generally have a four-night minimum and will have slightly higher rates for high demand times (holidays, graduation, etc.). We offer 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

Located in Boulder, this vacation home is in the city center. Pearl Street Mall and Twenty Ninth Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sawhill Ponds Trailhead and Eldorado Canyon State Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Folsom Field or CU Events Center. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
