Nestled in the heart of Lafayette, our private duplex offers you the perfect home away from home. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a host of amenities, your Colorado adventure starts here.

Relax in style in our two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even on the warmest summer nights. The downstairs is cooled is also cooled by a newly installed AC unit.

For the winter time, our roaring fireplace warms up the entire downstairs and each room has its own separate heating system so everyone in your group can be comfortable. You'll find plush bedding and ample storage for your belongings.

Bathrooms are complete with all the essentials you will need.

Enjoy your downtime with not one but two 55-inch smart TVs, one in the master and one in the living room.

The downstairs area features a gas fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for chilly Colorado evenings. Gather around the fire for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The duplex is located just three blocks from Old Town Lafayette which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and more while also providing a quiet residential feel full of parks, and recreation centers. 30 minutes to Denver and 15 minutes to Boulder make this neighborhood an ideal location for all travelers.

Getting Around:
You will not need to venture far for much but if you need to there are multiple ways of getting around but the easiest will either be bus route, or Uber.
