Our fully remodeled South Boulder home is a rare gem that rests just below the towering foothills. Easy walking access to the best trails, and the Skip bus stop is a stones throw away which allows you to easily access downtown Boulder. Enjoy an evening beverage from the hot tub on the deck with mountain views, or cook in the modern and well equipped kitchen with wrap around views of nature. Our home is convenient to all South Boulder markets and restaurants, and is an easy 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus to some of the most renown restaurants in Colorado.
Boulder is a world-class destination; an outdoor paradise that has all of the city attractions with a small town feel. Boulder was recently noted to be the "happiest" city in the US by certain metrics. And this is no surprise.
The house is located west of Broadway in south Boulder in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. You will have easy access to everything that you need no matter your interests. And perhaps you just want to relax in a comfortable and secure home, which our house can provide.
There are festivals throughout the year, although the majority occur during the summer season. During the winter you can choose to ski the local mountain, which is 45 minutes away, or you can head west on I-70 and enjoy the best skiing that Colorado has to offer. Then relax in the hot tub after a long and adventurous day.
Some activities that locals frequently enjoy include hiking, biking, visiting the farmer's market, tubing down the creek, taking a yoga class, watching entertainers on the Pearl Street Mall, or unwinding with a beverage at one of the many local breweries or fine dining establishments.

South Boulder, a neighborhood in Boulder, is home to this vacation home. Ocean First Divers and Flatirons Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Pearl Street Mall and Twenty Ninth Street. National Center for Atmospheric Research and Fiske Planetarium are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and sledding.
