After a busy day exploring the harbor's restaurants, boutiques and galleries; settle in and enjoy the fresh ocean air from our single level open concept retreat. The king bed, cozy couch, fully equipped kitchen and spacious deck await your memories.
Enjoy a glass of wine under the retractable awning or pull the noise cancelling shades to take a nap in the air conditioning. A midnight stroll on the boardwalk is moments away!

The home is a single level with the exception of one stair to access the kitchen.
There is one bathroom with a shower, no tub is available. We have a stackable washer and dryer for your use in the house. There are two smart Fire televisions that you can use with your own apps.

There is free 2 hour street parking and a private lot directly behind the house. Park your car and walk to all harbor activities. Catch the trolley to explore other areas of the harbor. Drive to the Botanical Gardens or explore neighboring towns and beaches.

We love to meet our guests and go over the house, but we also respect your wanting to unplug and start your vacation. Mighty Oak is a self check in but we are always available to answer questions or give suggestions. We are just a few miles away so you choose, if you would like to meet us or simply prefer to text or chat.

Mighty Oak is located in the center of town, walking distance to many attractions. When you have exhausted all of the activities within walking distance, there are many more things to see a short drive away. Let us know what interest you and we will be sure to point you in the right direction.

When you are ready to explore Boothbay Harbor, the Trolley is a great option. It makes many stops at different stores and is a great way to simply see the entire harbor before you decide where you want to stop first.
If you prefer driving, parking can be challenging. Allow yourself time and wear your comfy walking shoes. Plan a day to visit the area around Boothbay Harbor. There are many boutiques and eateries in neighboring towns to enjoy.

Do you have a large party? Mighty Red Oak, Acorn, Firstmate and Captains Quarters are all beautifully renovated homes located in the heart of Boothbay Harbor and also share the same parking lot.
