Walk to restaurants and boats and popular with many returns - this third floor (2nd floor for our international guests) boasts 900 feet of sunlight and wonderful views of the harbor, the town, fireworks (on select holidays) and parades. On warm Thursday nights you can hear the band playing old favorites on the library lawn. The apartment has a private entrance (off a common hall), large living room with sofa, reading chairs, desk, Brand new large 'Smart' TV including HBO MAX & PBS (supplied) and access to your own accounts (not supplied) on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and others), small private balcony to read or enjoy afternoon drinks (for 2). Classic views of town, local hilltops, churches and restaurants along the inner harbor on the near and opposite shore. Bedroom with twin Jenny Lind beds (new mattresses) and new bedding (all cotton!). Large eat in kitchen with full appliances (no dishwasher). Parking on premises (1 space). Truly in the heart of town this location provides front door access to best restaurants in region, trolleys, shops, Opera House and all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer. Solid quiet building full of art and antiques. Brand new carpeting. Ideal for relaxation and day trips returning to your in-town location for cocktails, dinner and fireworks (on certain holidays and events – see Harbor guide). For those who appreciate being above it all. Free Wifi, heat, AC, bedding, and access to laundry. Sleeps 2. Can be rented with 'Milliner' (500093) in same building for traveling with friends!
Located in Boothbay Harbor, this apartment is in the city center and near theme parks. Burnt Island Living Lighthouse and Opera House at Boothbay Harbor are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Boothbay Farmers' Market and Montsweag Flea Market. Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Maine State Aquarium are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and mountain biking nearby.
